About This Estate
The winery that shocked the world. Warren Winiarski 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon won the 1976 Judgment of Paris, proving California could match the best of Bordeaux. The estate vineyards, S.L.V. and Fay, remain the foundation of the Cabernet program, and the CASK 23 blend is legendary. Now owned by Ste. Michelle Wine Estates but still producing wines worthy of their history.
