About This Estate

Stu and Charlie Smith have been farming their Spring Mountain vineyard since 1971, producing Riesling, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon at 1,800 feet. The dry Riesling is one of the best in California, and the Cabernet has the kind of mountain tannin structure that rewards cellaring. The ranch-style tasting is personal, relaxed, and feels like visiting a neighbor.
