About This Estate

Cain produces a single Bordeaux blend called Cain Five from estate vineyards at 2,000 feet on Spring Mountain. The five Bordeaux varietals are grown in a mosaic of soils and exposures across the mountaintop property. The wine is structured, mineral driven, and ages beautifully. The estate visit includes a tour of the terraced vineyards and a deep dive into the philosophy of blending.
