The Trefethen family's historic wooden winery building — the only gravity-flow, wooden, three-story winery left in Napa — survived the 2014 earthquake (barely) and has been lovingly restored. Their estate-grown Chardonnay and Cabernet from the Oak Knoll District are benchmarks, and the Dragon's Tooth red blend has built a cult following.
