The Skalli family (French wine producers from the Languedoc) created St. Supery as a showcase for Napa Valley Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc. The Dollarhide Ranch in Pope Valley supplies much of the fruit, and the Rutherford estate features beautiful gardens and an interactive sensory gallery. The Virtú white blend and Élu red blend are consistently excellent.
