Paul Sloan plants his vines at unusually high density (more than twice the California average) and keeps them small through meticulous dry farming. The result is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of remarkable concentration and complexity from tiny yields. The Sebastopol tasting room is intimate and focused, and Paul often pours himself.
