Named for the scarecrow that has stood watch over the J.J. Cohn Vineyard since the 1940s, this Rutherford estate produces one of Napa most coveted Cabernet Sauvignons. J.J. Cohn was a legendary MGM movie producer who originally planted the vineyard, and the wines carry that sense of Hollywood grandeur. Tiny production, massive scores, and a mailing list that moves at a glacial pace.
