About This Estate

Nils Venge was the first American winemaker to earn a 100-point score from Robert Parker (for his 1985 Groth Reserve Cabernet). His own Saddleback label produces Cabernet, Pinot Blanc, Zinfandel, and a Venge Family Reserve from his Oakville estate. The tasting room is no-frills and wine-focused, and Nils decades of experience show in every bottle.
