About This Estate

The most technologically advanced winery in the world. The Palmaz family (of angioplasty stent fame) built an 18-story underground cave system into Mount George, featuring a fermentation dome that uses gravity and computer-controlled systems to handle each lot individually. The estate Cabernet from Coombsville is excellent, and the cave tour is jaw-dropping. This is what happens when an inventor builds a winery.
