Jamie Kutch left Wall Street to make Pinot Noir, and his wines from Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley have earned serious critical acclaim. The style is decidedly Burgundian: whole-cluster fermentation, native yeast, minimal intervention, and a focus on transparency of place. No tasting room, but the wines appear on the lists of the best restaurants in the country.
