Built entirely underground into a Dry Creek Valley hillside, Fritz is one of Sonoma most unique winery buildings. The subterranean caves maintain perfect temperature and humidity year-round, and the Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet from estate vineyards are consistently well-made. The tasting room opens to a terrace with vineyard views.
