Mark Carter founded Envy to produce estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc from his vineyard at the northern end of Napa Valley. The wines are rich and well-crafted, and the tasting room is a comfortable, modern space with vineyard views. Solid quality and good value for Napa Cabernet make Envy a worthwhile stop on the way to or from Calistoga.
