The Detert family has been growing grapes in Oakville since 1953, and their Cabernet Franc is one of the finest in Napa Valley. Tom Garrett (also of Dakota Shy and Meteor) crafts the wines from vines that sit adjacent to the To Kalon Vineyard. The Cabernet Franc is pure, lifted, and hauntingly complex.
