About This Estate

Ken Bernards spent 20 years making wine for other estates before launching Ancien (French for ancient) to produce Pinot Noir from cool climate sites across California and Oregon. The wines are elegant, site specific, and crafted with a light touch. The downtown Napa tasting room is intimate and educational.
