Dave Phinney created some of the most iconic wine brands of the 2000s: The Prisoner, Mercury Head, Papillon, and Abstract. After selling The Prisoner, he focused on Orin Swift, producing bold, blended wines with artistic labels and evocative names. The St. Helena tasting room is moody and atmospheric.
